Who are Pro-Contact?
Pro-Contact is a place where people in families are helped to stay in touch.
Children are the most important people at Pro-Contact. We work with families where children don’t live with one or both of their parents.
Pro-Contact is a safe place where arguments between parents are not allowed.
Pro-Contact helps families sort out disagreements about children, especially about when and where children should see any parents they don’t live with.
We know that when your parents fight it can be very difficult to say how you feel about what is going on. We are here to listen to you and help find the best solution for you.
What will it be like?
There are lots of different things you might do at Pro-Contact:
- some children come here to see the parent they do not live with
- some children get letters and cards from the parent they do not live with
- some children come just to play, talk and think about their family
