Making decisions that affect family circumstances can be difficult when information provided is unclear. As specialists in family assessment we can undertake a range of work to support court decisions and give weight to your case; whether that is a full assessment to aid in a decision, or some training and support to allay concerns from an ex-partner.


Pro-Contact has pioneered interventions around contact in the best interests of children.


Our services can be court ordered however please be aware that LSC rarely covers these under legal aid and clients may need to self fund this work.

Triple P accredited parenting training to offer advice and support parents in how to with children struggling with separation.


Better Dads - a course to support non-resident fathers. Assessed and non-assessed version are available.


Mediation - A neutral facilitator to offer a process for settling disputes between parties, supporting negotiation and allowing families to reach their own decisions by focusing on the needs of the children.

The Pro-Contact Award

The Pro-Contact Award recognises and accredits the skills and knowledge levels of professional staff working within child contact services. The Award is made to workers completing all Open College Network Units within the programme. Each unit can be completed independently and is accredited by the OCN.
