Please contact us by email if you prefer, but avoid this if your need is urgent as we cannot guarantee a quick response.
Our core reception house are Tuesday – Friday 9.30-2.30. All staff work flexible hours so you may find that at times no-one is available to respond immediately to you.
Usually, however, someone will be in the office 9.30 – 5 Tuesdays to Fridays and often up until 6p.m. On alternate Saturdays staff may be available from around 9-4pm but these times do vary. We will endeavour to return your call as soon as possible.
The members of staff dealing with your case may be part time workers and not available all the time but we will get back to you as soon as possible. If it is a simple enquiry it may be that someone else can help but please remember that all staff are carrying their own caseload and may not be familiar with your circumstances.
BY CAR FROM MANCHESTER:
Take the A6 to Salford. At Salford University (on your right) turn right on to Frederick Road. The Innovation Forum is half way down on the left hand side. It is a large pink glass building. The entrance to the car park is on Winders Way (immediately before the building). Please sign in at reception and tell the receptionist you are here for an appointment with Pro-Contact @ Child Action Northwest.
