Karen Rose - CEO

Karen is in charge of making sure everyone knows about Pro-Contact and what they do. She finds money to help run projects to support families and makes sure everyone here is doing the best job they can.
You probably wont see her when you come here as she is always out and about meeting people! Karen does a lot of rock climbing, is always full of energy and really loves pick-and-mix.


Jo Murray - Team Leader

Jo is in charge of all of the fun activities which Pro-Contact runs outside of the centre. She sometimes works in schools and visits families at home. You might see Jo when you come to see the parent you don't live with and she will help to make sure you have lots of fun whilst you are here.
Jo likes to eat chocolate and chips - but usually not together!


Hannah Wilson - Social Worker

Hannah is in charge of all CAFCASS work. She often works with families when they come to Pro-Contact, so you are likely to see her when you attend. You may spend time with Hannah if you come to Pro-Contact to see a parent or family member that you do not live with. Hannah likes to help children feel okay when they come to Pro-Contact and likes to play!
Hannah likes swimming, baking cakes and spending time with her family.


Karen Sayers - Mediator/Case Worker

As a mediator, Karen works with your parents to help them talk nicely to each other and make decisions about your future. Karen also works with families and enjoys working with children now hers are grown up! She also likes watching football and walking.


Sammia Ahmad - Case Worker

Sammia runs courses for parents to help them put their children first and not fight as much. She is always smiling and bubbly, and is studying part time.


Mariella Vittetoe - Family Mental Health Practitioner

Mariella works with children, young people and adults to help them talk and understand each other. She enjoys working with families helping them to share experiences and get along better when they are not.
Mariella's native language is Spanish and she likes salsa music and sunny weather.


Manda Thompson - Child Mental Health Practitioner

Manda works in an art room where she uses art (painting, drawing, sand and toy figures) and storytelling to help children think about their difficult feelings when they don't live with their mum or dad any more. Sometimes she works in school and talks to teachers.
She loves to look at other people's paintings and eats masses of fruit and vegetables every day! She also reads lots of books.


Jo Whalley - Administrator

Joanne works in our office, she posts the letters, answers the phones and greets the families when they arrive at our office. She likes to be call Jo and her favourite things are her two lovely dogs and shopping!


Caroline Lam - Financial Administrator

Caroline works in the office too and looks after the money. She'll make you a drink when you arrive. She has two little girls who are at primary school. She loves reading and going to Zumba!
